Warranty & Peace of Mind

We do not envisage any issues with any Sinnett-Bicycles frameset. However, for peace of mind we offer a full lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship to the original owner.

We keep a record of every frame by serial number, so no need to produce a receipt.

Warranty claims aren’t pleasant for you or us. But we promise you (and here it is in back & white):-

- We will make it as hassle free as possible.

- We will apologise unreservedly (even if its something out of our control).

- We will sort the problem.

- We will return the frame to you fully repainted and ready for rebuild.

- We will also give you a £100 contribution towards those incidental expenses such as cables, hoses, bar tape, rebuild, etc.
